Our Molton Brown interactive stunt saw a giant version of their Advent calendar tour the country giving people the chance to win products and prizes in exchange for their data. Creating an ‘Instagrammable’ buzz, over 22,000 new customer data sets were achieved and stores saw a boost of footfall. Customers lined up to get involved and the launch was so successful it was even covered on BBC News.

We did just this with our ‘Let’s Stick Together’ Sellotape campaign which showed people how Sellotape isn’t just for wrapping gifts – it’s about bringing people together. Drawing on their rich heritage, the campaign included launching a limited edition vintage tin at Christmas to celebrate their 80th anniversary. Completely selling out, it evoked nostalgia from the product’s use in everything from WW2 first aid kits to keeping surprises secret.

3. Serve up a seasonal marketing strategy_

Our campaign for Eden Shopping Centre last year combined a whole host of activities to immerse all customers in winter’s wonders. Using 3D visuals of a carousel, the ‘Making it Merry All Around’ campaign showed visitors how there’s something for everyone – from the Elf School to Christmas market and late night shopping. We created their most popular YouTube video to date amassing over 100k views, as well as ads, social media and everything in between. The result attracted crowds and encouraged them to spend more time and money in stores.
