

Empowering people to shape the future of tomorrow, we transformed this STEM recruitment company into a brand that opens up limitless opportunities for both its talent and partners.
We began by taking a deep dive into their business with an Outhink™ to uncover their unique position in the industry before building a new verbal identity and solid brand foundations. Our research highlighted Srg’s people-first approach, their continued support throughout an individual’s career and their technical expertise that enables talent to grow – however niche their specialism is. The proposition ‘creating strong bonds for life’ was born from this, inspiring a tone of voice and design that would also spark meaningful connections between the brand and both candidates and clients.
Working with the existing brand foundation look, we then evolved the magenta brand palette and dated icon to become representative of Srg’s role in thinking bigger to take people further. For example, we created a new brand mark which harnesses a forward-facing arrow for a progressive and technical, yet stylish feel. This, married with elements such as people-focussed photography, created a brand that speaks out to potential candidates and clients as a trusted partner in helping them conquer their goals.
On challenging the direction of the brand, Kelly Morton, the Managing Director of Srg said: “Whilst I had reservations about changing the logo, I really love the new look and feel and it has been really well received by the business, so I was wrong and you were right in pushing this through – thank you!”
