Hammerson, the developer behind Leeds’ brand new £165m retail destination, Victoria Gate, which is arriving later this year, tasked our PR and social team with securing a steady stream of positive coverage throughout the scheme’s construction.
To keep Victoria Gate in the press and build local anticipation and buzz, TK created a calendar of key construction and community events to talk to press about to ensure a constant flow of positive mentions. Alongside media relations, the PR and Social team also launched Victoria Gate pages on Facebook and Twitter to engage with the regional community, answer any questions and build brand awareness.
